Includes everything the Buyer Home Inspection offers. Inspect it before you list it. Find defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before hand. Time to obtain reasonable repair estimates. Show you are dealing in good faith. Avoid 11th-hour negotiations, delays, and justify your full asking price
